本系統(tǒng)提供兒童ACLS綜合急救技能訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)。模擬人根據(jù)五歲兒童解剖特征和生理特點(diǎn)而設(shè)計(jì)。適用于各大醫(yī)院、醫(yī)學(xué)院、衛(wèi)校急救模擬操作。產(chǎn)品采用進(jìn)口環(huán)保材料，系統(tǒng)包括模擬病人、大屏幕彩顯計(jì)算機(jī)顯示器、AED模擬器、遙控器?？蛇M(jìn)行心肺復(fù)蘇、氣管插管、真實(shí)除顫起搏、模擬除顫起搏、心電圖學(xué)習(xí)與考核等一系列急救手段，為急救醫(yī)師提供簡(jiǎn)易、實(shí)用的ACLS培訓(xùn)工具。
執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn):美國(guó)心臟學(xué)會(huì)(AHA)2010國(guó)際心肺復(fù)蘇(CPR)＆心血管急救(ECC)指南標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
主要功能：
■ 生命體征模擬：雙側(cè)瞳孔散大與正常直觀對(duì)比。股動(dòng)脈搏動(dòng)，頸動(dòng)脈搏動(dòng)。
■ 氣道管理：逼真的口、鼻、舌、牙齦、咽、喉、食道、會(huì)厭、氣管；可以練習(xí)經(jīng)口氣管插管、吸痰。
■ 靜脈輸液/穿刺：手臂靜脈、股靜脈、足背靜脈。
■ 肌內(nèi)注射：雙側(cè)三角肌，雙側(cè)股外側(cè)肌。
■ 皮下注射：大腿外側(cè)皮下。
■ 骨髓穿刺：脛骨穿刺，明顯的體表標(biāo)志，有模擬骨髓流出。
■ 插胃管：可進(jìn)行洗胃，胃腸減壓操作，支持腹部聽診檢測(cè)插管位置，插管成功后可抽吸出胃液。
■ 導(dǎo)尿：可更換男/女會(huì)陰，進(jìn)行男/女導(dǎo)尿術(shù)。
■ 結(jié)腸、直腸、膀胱造瘺口護(hù)理。
■ CPR操作訓(xùn)練：可進(jìn)行口對(duì)口、口對(duì)鼻、簡(jiǎn)易呼吸器對(duì)口等多種通氣方式；電子監(jiān)控氣道開放、吹氣次數(shù)、吹氣頻率、吹氣量、按壓次數(shù)、按壓頻率、按壓位置和按壓深度；自動(dòng)判斷人工呼吸與胸外按壓的比例；實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全程中文提示。
■ 心肺聽診：可以配合模擬人聽診及識(shí)別百余種音源，包括：正常和異常的心音，呼吸音、呼吸音、腸鳴音及血管雜音。
■ 心電監(jiān)護(hù)：可進(jìn)行心電監(jiān)護(hù)功能。內(nèi)部?jī)?chǔ)存20多張心電圖供輔助診斷。
■ 真實(shí)除顫起搏：與自備的真實(shí)除顫起搏器配套使用，可進(jìn)行真實(shí)除顫起搏。

ACLS165 provides child ACLS(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) comprehensive emergency skills training, which is suitable for hospitals, Medical colleges and Medical schools emergency simulation operation. The manikin is designed according to five-year-old child anatomical and physiological characteristics, adopting imported environmental material. The system consists of manikin, large-screen colored display, simulative AED, remote controller, can act a serial of emergency means, such as: CPR, tracheal intubation, real defibrillation and pacing, simulative defibrillation and pacing, ECG study and assessment, etc. It provides a simple and practical ACLS training tool for emergency physicians.

1. Vital signs simulation: bilateral pupils observation: normal and dilated; femoral artery pulse; can simulate carotid artery pulse;
2. Airway Management: Real mouth, nose, gums, throat, esophagus, epiglottis, trachea; it can be do intubation and suction through mouth.

9. Ileum, rectum and bladder stoma nursing

CPR: Support multiple ventilation ways: mouth to mouth, mouth to nose, BVM to mouth; electronic monitoring of airway open, inflation times, frequency, volume and compression times, frequency, position and depth; automatic judgment of artificial respiration and chest compression ratio; English voice prompts during the entire process;
11. ECG monitoring: can perform ECG monitoring; 20 kinds of ECG are available;
12. Heart and Lung Auscultation: It can do auscultation and recognize hundreds of sound such as normal and abnormal heart sound, breath sound, bowel sound and vascular murmur with manikin.
13. Real defibrillation and pacing: can perform real defibrillation and pacing by using with the real defibrillating pacer (should be prepared by yourself)
